Haven Counseling (founded in 2001) is a professional counseling center located in the Dallas, Texas area that is successfully helping individuals, couples, and families achieve change in their lives on a daily basis.  Haven Counseling is able to provide a team of experienced therapists to personalize each client’s treatment.

Out therapists have a variety of resources to be utilized in treatment.  These include individual sessions, family sessions, group therapy, and couples work.  Other tools used may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS),  and Brainspotting.
