Bruce has spent the last several years helping individuals recover from sex and pornography addiction and related trauma. He is sensitive to the impact of betrayal on you, your partner, and your relationship. As a part of your recovery journey, he can help you navigate the healing process. He provides a safe environment where you can discuss personal issues privately, professionally, and proactively. His office is a “no judgment” zone that allows you to find healthy solutions for “hard to talk about” personal problems.

Bruce’s specialties are couples counseling for infidelity/sex addiction recovery for individuals and couples and therapy for those struggling with other sexual and/or intimacy issues.

Additionally, he provides trauma-informed care for children, teens, and their families dealing with sensitive family issues with kids who come from difficult places.

Bruce believes change is possible for every individual and that there are evidence-based, proven ways to overcome problems that seem to have no solutions.

Bruce desires to see people find help and wholeness. He believes in healing for the brokenhearted and freedom for those who feel trapped in “the crazy cycle.”

Bruce has spent most of his adult life working internationally and cross-culturally with trauma and abuse victims and understands how these tragedies can impact all aspects of your life and relationships.

Bruce has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Georgia. He received his Masters in Counseling degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Bruce and his wife Catherine have been married for over two decades and are the proud parents of four sons. Having overcome enormous challenges in his own marriage, he knows first-hand how important it is to find the right professional to help you.

In his free time, Bruce enjoys spending time with his family, SEC football, serving with a non-profit ministry that aids Romanian orphans and vulnerable Gypsy kids, and being the loudest fan at his son’s sporting events.
